The room I booked was good sized for sofa beds. I had central heating, a laptop-size safe, and multi-channel TV in the room. The location was magnificent - just off Franciscan University and helpful staff as well as restaurants.

Bathtubs in the private bathroom was a plus. The setting of venue was magnificent and perfect, close to restaurants.

Convenient location near university and food options within walking distance. Enjoyed the breakfast, especially the oatmeal and waffles. Friendly front desk and breakfast staff. Outdoor fire pit and patio added a nice touch. Exciting future development planned for more dining and shopping options nearby.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was helpful and pleasant. The location of the hotel was perfect for visiting my student at a nearby university. I also enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, which included hot breakfast sandwiches and a variety of fruits.

One drawback was the lack of a shower door in the bathroom, which caused water to run out onto the floor. Additionally, the pillows in the room were a little too hard for my liking.

Dining rated not sure because this wasn't an option. The breakfast bar was very, very good - very clean and lots of options.

This hotel offers great value for money with its beautiful facilities and convenient location. I loved that it was right across the street from Franciscan University, making it perfect for our visit. The staff was also very welcoming, adding a personal touch to our stay. The rooms with two beds were comfortable and well-maintained, ensuring a good night's sleep.

Well-appointed and great-sized rooms and exceptionally comfortable beds. Good location, approx 10-15 minutes' walk from Christ the King Chapel.

Hopefully the room was spotless and large with sofa bed and the pull out couch, as example. The location was marvellous and comfy for exploring Steubenville. We also went to city center, located just a short walk away from the hotel:)))

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and polite. The hotel was spotless, from the lobby to our room. The breakfast options were fantastic, with a variety of hot sandwiches, oatmeal, cereals, muffins, danishes. We also appreciated the ability to have seconds if we wanted. The location was excellent, with restaurants right outside the door. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable.
